I had a great stay for 1 night in a Double Room. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including cereals, which I loved. The bed was super comfy, and the staff were really welcoming after a long day. A little issue with the bath blinds was fixed quickly, and they even gave us wine as a gesture! 🍷

I had a proper lovely time here. The room was clean as a whistle, and the staff, especially Silvia and Laura, treated us like family. Only downside was the room being a bit tight for three of us. Could do with a bigger space next time. No regrets, though!

There are some quirks that need addressing. The bar closing at 10:30 PM instead of 11 PM was an annoying surprise. Breakfast protocols left a sour taste—having to ask permission to sit with other guests struck me as excessive. The pricing felt high considering the amenities. it didn't measure up to various four-star options I'd encountered. Plus, the water in the bathroom never got properly warm. it didn’t live up to its advertised value.

Spotlessly clean, modern amenities make for a comfy stay. Breakfast options were plentiful, even offering cereals—a treat missing at pricier hotels. The welcoming staff were truly exceptional in their service.

Just a reliable pick for a transient stop in Portomarin, with attractive and competitive value for money. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep after a long day. Make sure to enjoy an early breakfast to avoid any confusion with seating arrangements.

The Deluxe Twin Room was modern and well-maintained. I loved the comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Breakfast was excellent at just EUR 5, and the hotel offered secure storage for our bicycles, which was a big plus for me as a cyclist.
Nothing of note.

The location is ideal upon entering the town, with a modern, very comfortable room that features a fantastic shower. While breakfast is on the pricier side, the variety includes delicious cheese options. A minor issue with the bath blinds was quickly resolved by the attentive manager, who even offered complimentary wine as an apology. There was no bicycle storage available, which could pose a problem for cyclists.
